This research aimed to analyze the massive social media phenomenon as local tourism opportunity by creating digital interaction or known as Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WOM). E-WOM perceived as the source of public reference before deciding to visit a destination. In deciding the preffered destination site commonly potential visitor is considering city image from another tourist information and experience. Pontianak City is capital city in West Kalimantan that has offered tourist with multi ethinc culture and culinary. Primary data is obtained by distributing online questionnaire to targeted 100 respondents as sample. PLS-SEM with WarpPLS 7.0 was employed to analyzing research data and hypothesis. All the hypothesis is accepted however visit intention is strengthening through mediating effect from city image and attitude toward E-WOM. It is advised to government institutions able to considerate the formation of the city's image through infrastructure development and the social media utilization in Pontianak City. The research design used was qualitative with grounded theory research methods, while data collection techniques used were: 1) interviews (the number of informants is 5 people), 2) Observations were made at Raza Cafe, Weng Coffee, Upgrade Coffee, Aming Coffee, and Kings Coffee, and 3) documentation (photos, journals, books, research reports, online news, and others). The data analysis used is inductive. The coffee shop in Pontianak City is growing and can function as a public space that contains the values of justice, democracy, and unity, so it is undeniable that many people from various ethnic groups gather, discuss, and complete coursework (students), business, meetings, and others. The role of coffee shops as public spaces can build harmony between ethnic groups in Pontianak City. Harmony between ethnic groups in coffee shops has implications for regional resilience in Pontianak City because the existence of Pancasila ideology is maintained, the democratic atmosphere is maintained, there is regional economic growth, social life is increasingly conducive, and regional security is increasingly maintained. The development of coffee shops as public spaces in Pontianak City is growing, and the number is increasing. The space can be used as a vehicle for interaction between ethnic groups that can build harmony in life. Harmony between ethnic groups through coffee shops can build strong regional resilience in Pontianak City.</em></p> Pipit Widiatmaka Muhammad Hendri Nuryadi Erna Yuliandari Copyright (c) 2023 JURNAL BORNEO AKCAYA 2024-01-14 2024-01-14 9 2 123 139 10.51266/borneoakcaya.v9i2.310 Leading Sector and Feasibility of Expanding Kapuas Raya From West Kalimantan https://jurnal-litbang.kalbarprov.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/314 <p>This study was conducted to examine leading sectors, inequality and the feasibility of expanding Kapuas Raya from West Kalimantan, using the Klassen Typology Analysis, Location Question (LQ) and Williamson Index methods. The research results show that Melawi Regency has five superior sectors, Sekadau Regency has five superior sectors, Kapuas Hulu has only one superior sector. Five sectors are included in the leading sector category in Sintang Regency, only Sanggau Regency does not have a leading sector. The LQ test shows that Sanggau Regency only has four basic sectors, Melawi ten basic sectors, Sekadau Regency seven basic sectors, Kapuas Hulu Regency has eight basic sectors and Sintang Regency eight basic sectors. The Williamson Index results show that five regions have low scores, namely 0.064 in 2015 and 0.070 in 2020, the lowest is Sintang Regency at 0.00140 followed by Sekadau at 0.00613. The results of the Feasibility Test for Expansion, West Kalimantan and five other regions are in the category of regions that are not suitable for expansion based on three indicators, namely the Regional Financial Index, Economic Growth and Human Development Index.</p> firman man Copyright (c) 2023 JURNAL BORNEO AKCAYA 2024-01-14 2024-01-14 9 2 140 164 10.51266/borneoakcaya.v9i2.314 OPEN DEFECATION BEHAVIOR AND WATER SANITATION AS STUNTING RISK FACTORS https://jurnal-litbang.kalbarprov.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/318 <p>Stunting is a condition where the growth of children under 5 years is stunted, due to chronic malnutrition which makes them too short for their age. Kubu Raya is the regency with the highest number of stunting cases in 2022 with a prevalence of 27.6%. The priority location in this study is the Sui Ambawang area, with a prevalence of 12.3%. With the aim of knowing the relationship between open defecation behavior and water sanitation as a risk factor for stunting in Kubu Raya Regency in toddlers. This type of research is analytic observational with a case-control research design. The research was carried out from September to December 2022. It consisted of 3 village areas, namely Central Java, East Mega and Sungai Malaya. Sampling in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained was 136 respondents (68 cases and 68 controls). The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet and an observation sheet in the form of the KoboCollect application. Data were analyzed with 2 steps of analysis, namely univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between open defecation behavior and stunting (p=0.027). Water sanitation is also a factor related to stunting (p=0.006). It is suggested to the Kubu Raya District Health Office and the Sui Ambawang Community Health Center to intensify collaborative interventions that put more emphasis on the determinants of stunting, namely open defecation and water sanitation which are still the causes of stunting in Sui Ambawang.</p> Muhammad Jamalludin Elly Trisnawati Otik Widiyastutik Ismael Saleh Copyright (c) 2023 JURNAL BORNEO AKCAYA 2024-01-14 2024-01-14 9 2 165 175 10.51266/borneoakcaya.v9i2.318 EVALUATION OF ANTIHYPERTENSION TREATMENT IN PRE-ECLAMPSIA PATIENTS AT PKU MUHAMMADIYAH PEKAJANGAN ISLAMIC HOSPITAL https://jurnal-litbang.kalbarprov.go.id/index.php/litbang/article/view/332 <p><em>Pre-eclampisa is a complication condition of patients at 20 weeks of pregnancy. Based on data from the Pekalongan Regency Health Office, the number of pre-eclampsia patients increases every year. Pre-eclampsia patients need to be given antihypertensive therapy in lowering blood pressure and reducing the high risk of pre-eclampsia. Evaluating the suitability of antihypertensive treatment in pre-eclampsia at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan with the right drug, right indications, right dose, and right patient is the purpose of this study. The research was conducted in a non-experimental manner that was descriptive analysis. Data was collected by retrospective method from medical records at the inpatient installation of RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan for the July-December 2022 period of 31 patients. The patient criteria are inclusion criteria where severe pre-eclampsia patients without comorbidities and receive antihypertensive treatment. The research data were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed the suitability of the drug based on the right patient by 96.77%, the right indication by 96.77%, the right drug by 96.77%, and the right dose by 100%. Severe pre-eclampsia patients used more antihypertensive monotherapy and drug suitability results was 97.57%. The government needs to collaborate among stakeholders</em> <em>such as the Health Service, Hospitals, Community Health Centers, Midwives, Districts, and Sub-Districts by approaching the community for screening of pregnant women. Infections acquired by patients during treatment procedures and medical procedures in health services after more than 48 hours and less than 30 days out of health facilities are referred to as Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs). Because they are with the patient 24 hours a day, health personnel are the most vulnerable to infection transmission. Handwashing noncompliance has an impact on the occurrence of HAIs. Counseling aims to raise health workers' knowledge in order to avoid HAIs, improve service quality, and patient safety, as well as boost health workers' competence. The goal of this study is to determine the effectiveness of handwashing counseling utilizing audiovisual media on the level of handwashing knowledge among health professionals at Tanjungpura University Pontianak Hospital. approach: A pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design was employed as the study approach. All health staff at Tanjungpura University Hospital Pontianak were included in the study. Cluster sampling was used to choose the 53 health workers for the study. The test used for bivariate analysis is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average score of respondents before counseling was 66.75. After counseling, the average score of respondents rose to 90.56. Problems that occur in sales and purchases that are influenced by certain factors cause problems in customer satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers from MSMEs Wana Agro Lestari Pontianak City. The results of the study show that in general, consumers of MSMEs Wana Agro Lestari feel fast about purchasing horticultural plant seeds. To fill the information gap, the educational materials provided to pediatric patients and their parents depend on the doctor-patient interactive communication model. This study was conducted to determine the types of educational materials and duration of education commonly provided by pediatricians. This study was also conducted to find out the educational media that can be used and the obstacles faced by pediatricians in providing education to patients. This research is descriptive with a questionnaire instrument and involved 33 pediatricians as respondents. Most pediatricians in West Kalimantan spend 10-20 minutes of consultation time with patients; most other doctors apply digital media in providing education. This study aims to create a concept for the development of historical tourism in the city of juang in Tumbang Titi sub-district, Ketapang district. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this study, while data collection techniques used Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the public and observation. Data analysis uses qualitative deduction. Tourism development so that it has economic value in Tumbang Titi must be carried out by creating the concept of historical tourist attractions of the city of juang as educational tourism. The implementation of the stunting policy is viewed from the factors influencing policy implementation, namely communication, disposition (attitude), resources, and bureaucratic structure. This study finds that the stunting policy implementation has been running effectively in the communication aspect. The resources aspect consists of the duties, facilities, and infrastructure attached to the related local agency, and budget support from the local government. In the disposition aspect, policy implementers already have the skills, commitment, and attitude to support the policy. In the bureaucratic structure aspect, the Team for Stunting Reduction Acceleration (TPPS) has been formed.
